Beach walking on the Jurassic Coast at Charmouth is a great way to find fossils. Having already begun casting in silver, I wanted to find more ammonites of different sizes to work with. I was delighted to find this tiny ammonite that is perfect for earrings. This is a Promicroceras ammonite and is cast from an ammonite that is over 200 million years old! Measures 1.2cm across.
